to anyone, what is the formula for calculating what the percent of 21 into 61 is thanks I am sure it is simple.

    21 is 34.4% of 61  = 21/61
    61 is 196.8% of 21 =61/21
    21% of 61 is 12.81 =.21x61

    It all depends on what you are asking.

              Now I am curious.

              I agree with RJOh of course. But maybe you could rephrase the question once again.

              "21%of 61 is 63.36%" is not really clear and seems to be different then the original "the percent of 21 into 61" which I think was nicely answered by  "21 is 34.4% of 61  = 21/61".
