I think the suggestions for a library / reference section make sense.  However, I'd like to add entries in a democratic fashion, since not everyone might agree on a particular definition.

Here's the rules for getting your entry into the library:

First, in the Suggestions forum (the same forum in which you're reading this), create a new Poll with the following information:

Subject: New library definition - <word or phrase>
Poll Question: Vote Yes to add the definition as written.
Poll Choice 1: Yes
Poll Choice 2: No
  (only use 2 poll choices - Yes and No)
Message: <word or phrase> - <definition of word or phrase with good grammar/spelling>

Example Poll for a New Definition

Subject: New library definition - Wheel
Poll Question: Vote Yes to add the definition as written.
Poll Choice 1: Yes
Poll Choice 2: No
Message: Wheel - A method of betting every combination of a pool or group of numbers.  For example, wheeling 1, 2, and 3 in a Pick 3-style game would yield 1-2-3, 1-3-2, 2-1-3, 2-3-1, 3-1-2, and 3-2-1.

If a definition receives 10 Yes votes before receiving 10 No votes, it will be added.  If someone wants to change a definition in the library, it will require 20 Yes votes in a new poll.

Once we build up enough definitions I'll add the library section.

      My first proposed addition to our lottery dictionary is:  Palindrome or Pal for short.

      Definition is:  a number that reads the same backward and forward.  ex.  404, 888, 303 etc.

      There are probable many forum members who may have never heard this term but exists in numerology publications like the Lotto News here in NY.  Stan Rose a columnist for the mag has what he calls the "Palindrome Dome" with his picks. Anyway we might consider this if anyone likes the sound "Pal Picks".
