Hi all,

Just wanted to get a feel of the comfort zone of those who employ open covers/wheels!

You can wheel ALL the numbers, and still not guarantee yourself a winning ticket.

I guess you could "wheel" all the HOT BALL numbers in "Hot Lotto" for $19 to guarantee a $2 win, if you're able to play it.

West Virginia has a 6/25 game. Florida's Fantasy 5 started with 26 numbers.

I guess if you have $42, you can buy 42 tickets (no PowerPlay), each with the same white ball #s, but with a different PB.

There has to be a car joke somewhere involving "open covers/wheels".
