  Gelottery was looking for the samething a lot of lottery players are looking for, some easy money.  If he had a winning system, he would have used it to win money, not ask investors to give him money.  He wrote he was only interested in serious responses, so unless someone was dumb enough to send him a check, no one is going to hear from him.
