  I am in the NY-CT area and we do not have that game here.  What exactly is "hot lotto"?  Is it easier to win than regular lotto?

  "Hot Lotto" is played in six states that also sell PB. I would like to see "Hot Lotto" available in more MUSL/PB states, especially Connecticut or Pennsylvania. The closest to you is New Hampshire.

  You might want to e-mail CT tomorrow and ask if they are considering it.

  BTW, "Hot Lotto" is played exactly like PB, but of course on a smaller scale.
