  if you read the fine print at the website, each of the 1,000 contestants has to pick a 6 digit number between 000000 and 999999.... the CLOSEST to the picked number wins the million, the only way to win the billion is if your number EXACTLY matches the "randomly generated" number.... somehow I don't see that happening...

  to help keep their integrity and certify the drawing,  they should send todd the 6 digit winning numbers.

  that way they can't cheat...

  payments  1-20.....$5 million each

  payments 21-39...$10 million each

  Final (balloon) payment:............$710 million
