In your opinion, which is the easiest state to win the lottery? And in that state which game is the best to win at?

Which lottery? Pick 3 has the best odds, and the smallest payout.

Okay, now I believe you can predict lottery numbers

thomas - yes - but $500 even once a week - adds up nicely in my pocket.

love to nibble those micey feet.

That depends on how much you have to pay for that $500 win.

While I thank you for your inputs, most people are by passing the fact the original post was 2 parts.

Not only was I looking for the best game to win at, BUT which state also.

          Again, I thank you.

The best game to win at is of course, Mega Millions or Powerball. Mega Millions "seems" to be easier to win, even though it has worse odds. All the states have similar odds for similar games. It doesn't really matter which state.

West Virginia has a Cash 25 game where a match of 6 out of 25 numbers wins $25,000.

EXACTLY! You could easily spend over $500.00 by the time your numbers "hit". Most Pick 3 number combinations only hit "straight" every few years! 9-7-6 (a number I used to play when I played Pick 3) hit the other night here in Ohio for the first time since November 2000!
