I found 41 combinations that had never matched at least three in the
previous 327 Ohio649P drawings and didn't share a combination of three
among them. Had I started this project earlier I'm sure I could have
found more but that would have been above my budget as was 41 lines.
I decided to play all 41 lines anyway.

I checked an odds calculator program 6/49+ games and it showed overall odds of a match 3 or better was 1:53.6 for each line and 1:1.3 for 41 lines.
Forty one lines for 327 draws would be 13407 plays which should on the average matched 3 or better 249 times with a possible match4 or match4 + bonus once. None of these lines had ever matched 3. The question was 'could a group of random numbers which include all 49 numbers at least 4 times continue to do so bad against all odds. I would watch the drawing at 7:50 P.M. for my answer. I now have my answer and I will share it with others here at lottery post.
I watched as the kicker 2-9-3-1-2-1 was drawn. I didn't play the
kicker so I didn't really care which numbers were drawn. Then the
SuperLoto numbers 33-35-01-47-21-08 and bonus 24 were drawn. I
checked my list and the answer is 'yes', a list of 41 numbers that
have been losers for 327 drawings can be losers for 328 drawings. I
didn't even match 3. I check my files and 01-08-21-33-35-47 had
matched 3 eight times before. That means there were 12 combinations of
threes that have never come up before and none of them were among my
numbers. O well there will be other chances to win something.
