  True, but the most you can win is $25k.

  You might also want to try a little Hot Lotto while in WV.

  $25k is nothing to sneeze at. Plus you can win your $1 with a 1 and about 9 chance. 1 in 69 chance for winning $10. 1 in 1553 chance at $250.

  Although PA Cash 5 routinely pays out better for it's 5/39 game. Plus the jackpot rollsover when no one hits it.
