what about mid-day and evening draws? In PA, mid-days are computer generated and night are drawn the old fashioned way... statistically apples and oranges.
also, for those playing along that use past draw history... perhaps we should provide a link to the main lottery site for each state where history can be acquired....

look for the on the main page and pick the game and year for history using the drop-down lists. Daily Number history is for night drawings, Daily Number(DAY) is for the mid-day history.

HYPERSONIC,I agree apples and oranges but my approach is not founded in theory it is spiritial so WHAT WILL BE WILL BEwhatever impression that I get when I look at pa will happen ,AGAIN thats birds approach to predicting not zxke or b.u.g or luckys when I look into a state say NEW YORK I usually can tell you when the number will fall within a day what trio to use sometimes how many times it will fall but thats me however I find it hard when it comes to midday and evening so when WE HAVE THE PA SUMMIT ,I will give the number 279 and 613 for that day(thats an example)

Most simple way would be to post boxed numbers for pick 3!
With 220 boxes 10 triples 90 boubles 120 straight it would be the simplest! And keep track of them! be cause all states are the same!

ok if know one minds my insight is saying the GA SUMMITshould be held on oct 17,what is needed for any state will be the history of numbers that fall on that day ,the over due pairs and sums,whatever the puzzles give WHAT FOLLOWS the numbers that have fallen the day before ,what astrological numbers are for that day,key numbers that have fallen with in that time frame,tripple alerts etc........JUST THINK IF WE COULD PUT OUR HEADS TOGETHER ON THE MEGA GAMES 40 OF US WOULD HAVE SHARED 150 MILLION but lets start with cash three and four.

I'm up for that challenge I'd say keep it simple start with the letter A. State and work through the alphabet. Ought to be interesting to see and do.

If not a contest what would you want to call it your asking us to pick a number we think would hit in a particular state on a given draw. Unless only one person bites then there would be no contest. If many people become involved then it's gonna be a contest. What your suggesting is that everyone show up for a race and nobody runs. Common get real if i select a number for let's say Alabama and it hits I'm not gonna get any dough from the win because i don't live in Alabama. But i should get the acknowledgment that i selected the winning number. And likewise for the other players who also win the pick that they enter for a given state.

I got this information for GA lottery's website. In 1999, GA had been drawing midday and evening cash 3, but for some reason, there's only one set of results for October 17, 1999. Anyway, hope it helps when selections are made for that date for Georgia. Have a good one!
