dvdiva - work is no excuse - I play at betslips.com because I don't live close enough to a PB state to buy from a store.  It's also much cheaper than hopping in the car for a couple of hours.

      thats no fun.

this is fun .being chased by some hillibilly redneck po'lice while amped on mountain dew.  it's a new sport called adrenalin junkie lottery dash.

someday while you are sitting in your lazy boy watching TV from the comfort of your home after buying yours online,  i will be the one you see on "COPS"  after they have pulled me over while making a run to the border for powerball tix.  they have to catch me.......FIRST.

lucky for me i have perfected the bob and weeve so they will have a hard time filling me full of lead.

          Dvdiva,

If the jackpot is won, it is likely it will be up to $140M again before Christmas, after all it was $140M on August 30 less than 2 months ago when it was won the last time.  By the way, according to the PowerBall website, no one from New Hampshire has come forward to claim that prize yet.

Looks like I will have to update my PB spreadsheet quick... (smile)

Hope no one wins Saturday, then I will have enough time to do it...

Visiondude, you're too much... Got to meet you someday.

              Todd

What's the deal with "betslips.com".  I didn't know that you could buy lottery tickets online. Is this legal?? Have you actually won (and collected) money on this site??

I'm not a lawyer, so I don't think you'd want my legal opinion.  I do know that the owners of betslips.com have done extensive legal research to ensure the legality of their service.  I have personally played many times using their service, and I have won and collected my winnings just fine.

I find using the service highly enjoyable, very simple, and extremely reliable.  I can't say enough good things about their online lottery sites, which is why they made the cut as a Lottery Post advertiser.  (You'll notice that I don't flood Lottery Post with ads - I am very selective!)

This Saturday's $140 million Powerball drawing is the perfect time to try them out.  For a little extra, you can even get copies of the actual tickets to view and print.

it's become a "sport" over there.  seems like one a day.

goes to show you how dumb people are.  seems as if no one ever gets away.  you would think they would learn. even O.J. simpson got caught in his car chase and he used to be the pitchman for hertz rent-a-car.

maybe "ahnuld" will have to "terminate" a couple of car chases himself.  he shows up himself and blasts off the front end of a car without hurting anybody and boom,  no more car chases.

i rather like my chances in georgia.  there's alot of trees and the COPS are fat.  figure they can only chase me down so far before they collapse from "donut-itis".  then if i have to hide in the trees for a day or two my only worry then would be the swamp thing. got it all figured out.

ever hear of a car chase in montana? (me neither)

Actually, the grand prize from that drawing was claimed.  A group which consists of a father, his daughter, and a family from Massachusetts who wants to claim their share in trust came forward last month.  The MUSL just hasn't put the information on the website yet.  The full story is located at the Lottery Post archives (http://www.lotterypost.com/thread/73292).

Smart lottery winners form trust to claim their winnings.  They send an attorney to the lottery headquarters to claim the prize in trust, so that ONLY the name of the trust is revealed.  And they tell NO ONE, especially relatives.

If you ever win a lottery and you are single, the only person you should ever marry is someone who was truly in love with you BEFORE you won the jackpot!

I'll should have checked  at Lottery Post for the rest of the story after reading the PowerBall website.
