On the surface it appears Lottoking is trying to share his rather complicated method to pick winning numbers for lotteries in the U.S. To say the least his method of calculation is very confusing and doesn't seen to make any sense. (example: winning numbers of 3-7-15-26-34 divided by 13 equating to 2-3-7-8-13) I can't get there from here.
A little web seaching found two lotteries in China. A national lottery of 15-drawings until the end of the year to benefit the Social Welfare system and a Sports lottery. The Social Welfare lottery cost 24 cents each, good for all 15-drawings to win a top prize of $120,000. I couldn't find out much about the Sports lottery nor could I find out any information how these lotteries work.
Question for Lottoking, Why not concentrate on winning a top prize in the China lotteries?
