heres my A--F workouts---see which --if any --your states number is in, it will take a little time But in the near future I hope to keep all 6 workouts posted as well as to narrow each one down when I find out what is hitting where...if indeed they hit at all.
I know we have more visitors here from different states, it would be very helpful if anyone would let me know which if any of these they want me to keep, as I plan on changing the workouts that are not somewhat effective...if noone says keep workout A
after a week it will be changed. if your state has 2 or 3 hits just say keep workout A and each week I will do the same workout for that group, same applies to each workout.These numbers are good for 7 days to start with then we'll go from there.
