Maybe this really doesn't have anything to do with the above topic, but i feel compelled to stick my foot in my mouth or to say my two cents worth or unworth of whatever. I hope that i am not spamming?
About numbers and a program any program.
It all depends how the program "SEES" the numbers.
If it sees them as symbols, which is what they really are, it should not matter the order.
But if they are seen as "NUMBERS" That is as having a numeric value for input into some formula in the program, then i would think that the order would matter.
I think that lottery programs, in general see them as symbols or tokens, they could just as well be pictures or pictograms or different colors or letters instead of numbers, it would not matter at all, the only thing is that they all have to be recognized as being unique or different from each other.
FOR LOTTERY PROGRAMS, THEY DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE ANY NUMERICAL VALUE AT ALL, THEY JUST HAVE TO REPRESENT DIFFERENT SYMBOLS.
And again i might be wrong, but i don't think so.
But even as symbols, and without any numerical value, it might still be possible that for some programs it might be better if they had a particular order, i don't know, i guess that it would deppend on the particular program.
I hope that this makes some sense.
