Yes, your right. with Saturn.. even tho I consider a conjunction a "yes" I didi not play.
Ha@ Emily...ya lil dickins..
Horary is a branch of astrology that is used to delineate a chart cast for the birth of a question ( to put it simply ).
When I really, really like a number ( not that often ) I do a chart and look for the outcome of my intent to play it. Saturn in horary is a malefic, in that case.. Jupiter is a benefic, like calscorp was saying. You watch the aspects the moon makes to another planet ( or angle , etc. ) before it leaves the sign it's in, basically. Also there are strictures against judgement, and other rules that differ from regular natal astrology.
A search will give you access to chart erection ( calm down, emily ) and basic rules about reading it. I don't use them often, but for anyone that wants to use a daily chart, I would reccomend Diurnals. I don't have a program to calculate them, but have always been interested. One of my sisters was into them and did amazingly well when she was with us. She did them by hand.. logrithms (sp?)and all that didnt slow her down at all.. I'm too lazy and short of time to do that.
There are also several books on Horary.. Some complicated, some not. I find the simple ones adequate for this type of chart. I have a simple chart program I downloaded free that sits in my bottom tray.. I can click to see where the planets are at any time, and just use that sometimes instead of one of my more expensive programs. I find it adequate.. I'll look up the addy for you and post it.
That what you wanted to know ?
