Even though it is an exe file, you have to open it with Winzip. Without clicking on any of the displayed files, click the Winzip Extract button/box and when that opens clear whatever was on the Extract To: line and replace it with c:/ then go ahead and extract the file.
Open Windows Explorer and you will see a directory called Lottery, open that and click on the Green Icon exe file which can also be moved to the desk top at any time. The program will open and say you have 15 days to try it before needing to pay $29.95.
If you extract the program any other way to any other place it won't work.

Introduction

Installation
The program and database are in a win zip file. When win zip ask for the directory, enter
c:\.
Open the lottery folder and drag the lottery icon to your desktop.
*** note*** installing the software in another directory will cause the program to abort.
Menu Selection
1. To make selections by date range
1.1 Enter the minimum days to establish the starting date of your selection
entering 0 will display projections starting with todays date.
ex: today = 3/07/2000
0 = 3/07/2000
1 = 3/06/2000
-1 = 3/08/2000
1.1.1 Enter the maximum days to establish the ending date range.
ex: today = 3/07/2000
2 = 3/09/2000
3 = 3/10/2000
1.2 To Print results press shift + print screen
2. This routine will select only numbers that have double digits.
Date range is the same as in selection 1.
3. Base Number will generate all combinations of numbers that contain the
two selected digits
4. To enter a series of numbers to the database:
enter the starting date
enter each four digit number. the date will be automatically calculated
to end entry: press enter.
5. This selection will perform a series of calculations against the entire database.
It is the kernel for deriving projections.
run time is approximately 20 minutes depending on the speed of your computer.
This should be done after you enter new numbers.
