I ran this both ways against 9,150 draws of the PA lottery (10 rundowns, first with adding 111 and not carrying the thousands column, and again as described above-no carry at all) Either way you would have lost money playing every rundown every week, but 10 rundowns $1 st. and $1 boxed cost $183,000.00... the first way (carrying but not to the 1,000 column) would have only left you short $7,500... n0-carry left you 48,000 in the hole...

BOTH ways performed WAY better than random, the 123 didn't fare so well. You would need to find a way to eliminate some of the rundowns per draw to make this system profitable, but it's one of the best I have backtested to date... 

Playing more than one ticket per game is betting against yourself.
