  i am an on line player from South Africa and am curious to find out if this system has produced any jackpot winners to date. Can anyone enlighten me

  as far as i know, no one has yet won a jackpot, playing mega millions/big game online.  I think that it is mainly because there aren't as many Online players as there are people who go and buy the tickets. So it's understandable. I dont believe its rigged or anything. Don't worry. You have the same chances as someone who is buying their ticket here in a U.S store.  You are just paying a dollar extra for each  time you play.
