"thewiz": Here is the system I use.
I use seperate configurations for the Midday and Evening but the system is the same.
1. I take the last 16 drawings of the previous month and count how many times each digit has hit.
2. I put them in order from most hits to least hits. If there is a tie, then
the digit that hit most recent goes first. For example, if 1 and 8 had
6 hits each and 180 was a number in the last 16, then 8 would go first.
3. The digits for the Midday drawing for January would be 0815967234.
Based on the last 16 midday drawings for December.
4. Now take the first five digits and reverse their order to 95180. Keep the
second set as is, so they are 67234.
5. Wheel the first five set into 10 numbers:(95180)
951, 918, 910, 980, 518, 510, 580, 180.
The doubles would be taking the first digit "9" and double it with the rest.
995, 991, 998, 990 and then double the other digits with the "9"
955, 911, 988, 900. To get 10 doubles total, take the 4th digit and the 2nd digit.
Giving you 858 and then the 5th digit with the 3rd digit to get 010.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the second set of numbers.
7. Your pairs are the 3rd and 2nd digit, the 2nd and 1st digit and then 8th and 9th digit.
Giving you 15, 59 and 23.
8. The double pairs are the 1st, 2nd and 6th digits doubled.
Giving you 99, 55 and 66.
9. When all is said and done, your chart will look like this.
HOT: 951, 958, 950, 918, 910, 980, 518, 510, 580, 180
995, 991, 998, 990, 955, 911, 988, 900, 858, 010
DUE: 672, 673, 674, 623, 624, 634, 723, 724, 734, 234

The numbers I used today for the Midday were the bottom four numbers
from the hot wheeled numbers. This system usually produces around 10
hits a month average. The pairs are usually the hottest though.
There has been 7 hits off this chart in the midday so far.
I would be curious to see if anyone tries this system for their state and to
see the results at the end of a month.
I see a lot of Georgia players here on the forum. Hopefully one of them
will give this a try and see how it works.
