I have this lottery history book to help me become more knowledgeable in playing the pick 3 pick 4.  I'm wondering how many years I should go back and how do I use this information?

Someone told me to go back to the inception of pick 3 pick 4.  Is this true?

You need to contact your lottery and find out when they last replaced the ballsets with new ones.  Some like Florida put it on the web site, others you have to ask.  Anything outside of the working collection of ballsets is for entertainment purposes only. BobP
