I want WinHunter 0.1.4 for Win98SEPrev TopicNext Topic

  Does anybody know from where can I download a copy of Winhunter 0.1.4

  Yes the old original Winhunter, not the new one.

  What about You Andrew, can you e-mail me a copy of WinHunter 0.1.4, or tell me from where I can download it, I found a place that is supposed to have a download for it, but they have only the source code and a patch for it, I think, but I can't use the source code, I am not a programmer I don't know how to compile it, I have Win98SE.

  Since Winhunter does not have a user's interface and seems to be hard to learn, I would like to learn on the old 0.1.4 version and then, if I can understand it and use it, maybe move on to the new version, which I have.

  Also, where do you find already built filter stacks for the new WinHunter?

  Does anybody have a Windows copy that they can e-mail to me? or was the 0.1.4 version a dos program?

  But even if it is a dos program, I still would like to have a copy please.

  AND BY THE WAY, MAYBE IF THERE WERE COPIES AVAILABLE, MORE PEOPLE COULD LEARN HOW TO USE WINHUNTER AND THEN MOVE ON TO HE NEWEST VERSION, AND I ALSO NEED TO KNOW IF WHAT EVER VERSION YOU PROVIDE NEEDS A PATCH, BUT I THINK THAT I WOULD PREFER THE 0.1.4 EVEN IF IT NEEDS A PATCH.

  Both will work in Win98 and higher, and have a user interface (GUI, not DOS).  With 0.1.4 the site has a Help Desk page.  The latest version 1.1.30 includes sample stacks and a very good Help file.

  Andrew may want to add to this.

  The links from the old freeservers site are broken, so I may have to add the old project to the sourceforge site instead.

  You know, I am not sure If I have the 0.1.4 version installation!  I have thus far located the 0.1.3 install though...

  The old freeserve help pictures and info are immposible to print, the pictures are too big they print all broken up and freeserves, does not allow saving the page.

  And I still want a fully working trouble free Winhunter 0.1.4 or similar version with help documentation to learn with and use before moving on to the new version.

  Ok, here is a link to the Release package.  The base install is 0.1.3, and the update is 0.1.5.  Unless someone sends me a 0.1.4 file, this is all I have (unfortunately).  But the 0.1.5 file should work fine.  As I recall, the 0.1.5 was a minor fix/change request by a user that only affected the load routine.

  Thank You, I think that maybe I can try the WinHunter 0.1.3, Do You have documentation that I can save and keep, as I said the freeserves help desk stuff you can't print properly is too big, it gets cut off, and freeserves won't let you save the pages.

  Huh?  I can save the files just fine from IE as html pages.  Also, you should be able to cut/paste the entire page from your browse into Microsoft word, or some other document application.

  Thank You Andrew I just finished downloading the WH 0.1.3 and 0.1.5 update.

  From what I have read, with WinHunter You have been able to get all 6 numbers of your Florida lotto game, did you ever buy the tickets and win the money?

  No, the prediction that was generated was a month old.  I created the stack in September of 2002, and the prediction was for August of 2002.  The stack still has some successes, with the most recent one being all 6 numbers in 25 numbers predicted.

  I am hoping the stack will produce a good hit sometime again in the future.

  And no, I didnt play them.  I have played some of the big jackpots though, with predictions from WINHunter.  Given what I am targeting, I don't often have faith in the predictions generated.  But then again, I have more faith in them than I do Quick Picks!

  Than You again, now I have all the files and help desk and everything, by the way I have read that some people have build filter stacks including you, where are they kept or how do You get hold of some of them?

  Filter stacks from the old 0.1.4 version are not compatible with the new version of WINHunter.

  But most users here that use WINHunter, or users on LottoTutor don't mind posting a stack.  In fact, just search for this code "<stack>" on this site, or on Lotto Tutor.  You should find stack files that way.  Just cut/paste the code into a notepad window, and save it as a .XML file in the WINHunter stacks directory.
