  I post numbers this way to give the reader a choice of numbers and number sets to play. Ultimately, it is your decision to choose how many numbers you want to play and the number of plays(lines) in whatever wheel you'd like. My postings are suggestions that are to be used a guide. You can do your own research and analysis, then come here to compare with my selections. If my selections are in line with yours, then 'Woo-Hoo!', otherwise, well... good luck anyway... after all, it's just a game that happens to pay money when you win.

  I fully understand what you're sayin'. Being's we are all trying to help one another in LP, not only to save $ on the amount of lines we all play, but to better our methods of picking and choosing the number's we "wheel" or use straight out to win the BIG one.

  Seems to me if we could find a way to limit or narrow the amount of number's we are dealing with, the better chance we would all have of getting the (5) balls in our "wheel."

  I don't know if you pay very close attention to my number's I use when posting at LP, but most of the time the 12-18 number's I post, will either have one or two number's, and only be a one or a couple off on the other's. That's what I'm trying to zero in on.

  I'm certainly not critisizing you for what you are doing, I just think to be more apt to win, we have to deduct some of the number's we might be using.

  I too used to "wheel" 24 to 36, or more number's, but choosing the combnination's I played, was a real "nightmare."

  Your odds of having a winning ticket without matching the bonus ball is 1:240, and reducing the white ball to 18 and having the five winning balls among them reduces those odds to 1:11 which would mean a winner almost every time you bought $12 worth of tickets.  Do you think that is realistic?

  You would literally have to buy the same numbers for every draw and sit on them for the once in a lifetime draw that would capture those numbers...kinda like I do!......you should probably stick to your methiod, due to the fact that like the coyote you seem to almost be capturing the roadrunner, and like hyper said you should plot your near misses to see if there is a pattern that can be corrected, otherwise like a roulette wheel you need to cover the numbers around your main pick...I will say that of the 10 hits I have had this year 8 have been megaball related simply because the numbers i have played for 11/2 yrs..have surfaced to the top because of the hotter megaballs, only twice have i had 3 of 5......dventually they will both hit together and I'll be right there to collect...

  Here is a 18 numbers wheel that will match 3 if 5 winning numbers are in the group if you ever get down to 18 numbers.  Hope this helps.

  I'll do some checking and see what I can find out. RJOH, yes I think it is possible. The reason I say that is a while back, I use to wheel 24 to 30 number's and be way off on what "hit." Now, I try to wheel 12 to 18 number's and I am getting much closer to what "hit's" than before. Now, am I just getting more familiar with the number's and how they "hit"? I think so. After studing the number's for so many years, I have come to know (fairly close) as to what number's "hit's" after certain number's etc. Not what number might be due like so many here do. Because thinking a number is due and playing that number is not the thing to think. To me, that's just throwing your money away, because that choice is just a "guess." I know there are so many theories, that is why we are all looking for the right tool to win with.
