would have won by now. With all this knowalge among us!
all 3/4 digights games are the same as far as numbers go the only thing state by state differs and thats the way it is!

The knowledge Mr.Steel refers to is the odds of winning and a history of what has won in past drawings all which is available to anyone willing to take the time to look it up.

Then it is useless knowledge. I don't see where the past numbers have anything to do with the future numbers. Luck is the only factor that seems to matter.

There is no such thing as "luck"....you make your own "luck". Past results definitely can give you an indication of what is going to come next if you know what "facts" to track.
Nothing is 100% sure in life except death and taxes as one well known statesman said once upon a time. However, using most recent results in lottery tracking can give you an "edge" in determination of what will come next.......like an "educated guess"....provided you have a thorough understanding of 1000 exact combinations and the facts.
There have been lots of times I've been able to determine Doubles will play on a particular day and been able to eliminate 3 different digits from consideration all together. Other times have been able to determine that either Sums 0-10 or 21-27 will play and have been able to eliminate all combinations that have Sum Totals 11-20. Even times that I've been able to determine a PURE (EEE or OOO) game will appear and eliminated 2 Even/1 Odd and 2 Odd/1 Even combinations.....all from tracking past results.
There's lots of information in past results that can help in determination of what to play.

Knowledge is only useless if you can't or don't use it. Even knowing the next winning number in a lottery is useless if you don't buy a ticket. I remember reading someone post a couple of days ago about 678 being about ready to come in Ohio pick3 evening draws, but I don't play pick3 so I just watched and 678 didn't come in until tonight. If they really believed what they posted enough to put a dollar on it for a week, they are $500 richer tonight. If I notice a couple or more posts like that in the future, I just might starting watching and playing the pick3 game.

You gotta spend money to make money! Yes I've spent...and I've won. I consider a lot that I've spent as investing in the system that I've been working on for several years. Wouldnt have had to spend nearly as much as I've spent had I been able to get my software 7 years earlier then I did but I have had a return of around $6000 on what I have spent.
Generally I can win big at least once a year and it pays for all my playing for the entire year as I dont generally spend more then $5.00 when I do play and I dont play 100% of the time.
If we had front pair/back pair/ end pair wins here in Texas I would win practically everytime I do play.

you have no control over luck.
you DO have control over the history of data, how you interpret it, what you look for, how you filter, weigh, manipulate.
I spent $3 tuesday and wednesday (1 PA match 6 ticket and 1 powerball ticket)... I have done so many times and not been close, tuesday I won my $2 back on the match 6 and wednesday I got $7 on the powerball... there are those who win much more playing quick picks, I even won more playing quick picks... but there is nothing like the thrill of winning even the smallest prize on numbers you picked based on more than just a hunch or dumb luck. the extra $6 keeps me in for the next 2 draws of both games... I finally set up my spreadsheets to boil down all of my generated data into just ONE pick... and I am happy with that win or lose... and it's all based on past results... if you really think about it, what do you have other than history? sure nobody has beaten the system on any consistent basis yet (and if they DID they aren't telling)... but it's fun and why most of us are here at the LP.
I know I can't control luck... and I only play the big jackpot games, so any "system" i use only needs to work one time ;-)... I'm still waiting... how is Luck working out for you?
