I'm a true believer that if you change your way of thinking, you can change your life. I don't know why LosingJeff thought to use that as his name, but do you think a change would change his luck?

If you knew LosingJeff as I do, you'd know why he chose that handle. Actually, if any of you would accept my invitation to come to Indiana and play the daily games for a while, you would soon realize that it's not negativity that prdvents him from winning.

We're all here trying to achieve the same thing, I believe, and that is to win. Not to criticize anyone; It's just that when I read LosingJeff's post about being one away on Pick 4 he sounded so sad. Just trying to make a happy suggestion. I suppose it's hard to get the true point across through words on a screen. Like I've heard before, "when you go in a place, be quiet". :-(

Those of you who live in states that still use ping-pong balls have no clue what we're facing here. There is a difference between games drawn with lotto balls vs. those drawn by RNG, but ping-pong-ball-state people have no way of knowing that for sure. They just assume that a player doing battle with a random number generator doesn't know how to choose his numbers properly.
I can assure you that this is not the case.
I believe you posted this poll in the spirit of good humor; a little friendly ribbing of a fellow member. This is how LosingJeff took it, too, so no worries there. No one has viewed this as a personal attack, and there's nothing wrong with having fun on this forum.
It's not my intention to stifle you or any other member of this forum. I enjoy reading your posts, and hope you will continue to share them with us. I was merely pointing out that there is a reason he chose that handle. It's a description of his present situation, not one of his mindset.
I am hopeful that LosingJeff will have cause to change his moniker in the coming weeks, and any help or advice you can offer, any of you, will certainly be welcome.
Again, OpenMinded, I'm sincerely sorry if I offended you or put you off in any way. This was not my intention. Maybe I'm the one who should keep quiet, as I'm growing tired of the taste of my own foot.

If NY state went to RNG, I'd stop playing, period. They use an RNG for a game that runs several times an hour here. I forget the game's name (I've never played it), but some politicians and moralists have called it "video crack." You watch the numbers drawn "live" on a TV screen.
