PA Midday drawing Pick 4 was 4 4 4 4.

Simulated drawing Pick 3 or Pick 4.

This is the first quad hit.

Hmmm.

It pays to bet a quad? I totally disagree. Pick 3 and pick 4 games are long term losers.

The facts, not one state lottery has ever drawn all the quadruple numbers even once. Most of these lotterys have been drawing pick 4 games for over 25 years!

        The list of quadruple numbers drawn in the history of the Pa Lottery Pick 4 game  which stated Nov. 1980;

        1111  10/6/92

        2222  12/24/90

        7777  12/28/03  11/3/89

        8888  9/15/95

4444  3/15/04 mid day game which started Feb.2003

I still disagree!  When you bet a quad you need to also place a bet on it with one number changed.  Example, the last "quad" I "predicted" was 1111 (a longshot for coming out)  I also bet it 0111, 1119, & 1118.... I did hit the 1119!!!

            Play them as a quadruple

            Change one number

            Box them

Their still long term losers. I have yet to see anyone come forward and prove they're making money playing pick 3 or pick 4 games.

** I Throw Out The Challenge**

You list the numbers before the drawing.

How you want them played, straight, boxed or both.

            Which state lottery.

I'll post the results, all wins and losers. With total money up or down.

Anyone want to take the challenge?

            Anyone?

Play responsibly and have fun,  Chas

I think I will "take the challange".  Did you see the Ct. pick 3 & pick 4 midday today???  I had a double hit on all those "Siamese Twin" dream book numbers everyone is giving me (on another post).... I am "slightly" ahead!

                  Let the fun begin!

You've seen the general ground rules above. Are there any questions before hand?

When do you want to start?

When do you want this little experiment to end? Name a date. Three months? Six months, or longer?

If you wish, I'll start a new thread to record all this.

Send me a private message or we can work out the small details here.

i am in too !!!! heres what i am thinking let me know if it works for you

                    100 days

Max tickets purchased per drawing 50@ $.50 a ticket = $25.00 per drawing

Since some States have two drawings per day. Both drawings are allowed

Since some wheels or programs may not perduce 50 numbers per game a player may play more then $.50 on a number. But must inform how much is being wagered on the number in order to be counted as muti wins.

the most hits win at the end of 100 days. As may be the case someone hits the first week and then does not play again because of his or her profit margin

let me know what you think

Rulrs sound good to me!  The only thing I can think of to add is "playing in more than I state"... I live at the Ct./N.Y. boarder... it is often a good idea for me to play in a different area to get a hit on the same number "again"... aka a "traveling number"

I missed the 618 combination I just hit in Ct. "repeating" itself in New York a few days later.

And we need to be able to solicite numbers(predictions) from others on the board.

I had 3 hits in a 2 week period... none of the numbers were my own choosing... all came from others "dream books"

Greeting Bob and welcome to Lottery Post, and hello again Dollie,

I'd like to setup a friendly head to head competition between the both of you, but I see problems. There must be a fair equal playing field.

Heres the issues as I see it,

Bob is leaning toward a pick 4  game and I presume would use the Pa Lottery.

Dollie has'nt really stated which game she's interested in. I don't think it would be fair to play both. Any comments?

Dollie would like to play both the CT and NY. Is this fair? How do you feel about this, Bob. Any comments.

Finally the biggest problem, how to keep score. Bob has mentioned "hits", but it's much easier to have a boxed number win than a straight number. Is it fair to reward both with the same score? I looked at the possibility of using the actual payouts from the three lotterys, but all of them have different  payout scales.

Can all parties agree on our own pay out scales? Just so it's as fair and equal as we can make it? Again comments and suggestions please.

                          A little more input ,

Bob, No need to have a bankroll. Why have one you can't use it. Each player limited to $25.00 per day wager.

                          No play days;

I propose a definite set starting date. Then 100 drawings over the next 115 calender days. When the first contestant gets to 100 drawings, the game is over for that contestant. The second player may have more "no play days" and when they get to 100 drawings the game is over and a winner is announced.

For our use the definition for the word "drawing"

One mid day and one evening draw in the same calender day is a "drawing"

I propose the following five possible bets and the payouts for a 50 cent wager.

*straight-Play any 4 different digits. Only a exact match wins-$2,500

*Box 3 digits+1-Play 3 of the same digit+1 If number is drawn in any order you win$600

*Box 2 pairs- Play any 2 pairs. If number is drawn in any order you win $400

*Box 1 pair + 2 digits- Play any pair +2 digits. If number is drawn in any order you win$200

*Box 4 different digits- If number is drawn in any order you win $100

                          What do you Think?

Bets must be posted before Drawing:

For Bob and the Pa Lottery cut off times is 1:35PM and 7:00PM

For Dollie it depends on which lottery she plays

                          CT Lottery 1:57PM and 10:29PM

                          NY Lottery 12:20Pm and 7;30Pm

I need comments and feed back from both of you.

We can have this thing up and running by the end of next week at the latest.
