I have a question on +3 and -3

+7 and -7

How do you convert a 3 digit number that has both a +3 or +7?

Examples:

 0 3 7 0 4 7 0 7 3 0 7 4 1 4 8 1 5 8 1 8 4 1 8 5 2 5 9 2 6 9 2 9 5 2 9 6 3 0 7 3 7 0 4 0 7 4 1 8 4 7 0 4 8 1 5 1 8 5 2 9 5 8 1 5 9 2 6 2 9 6 9 2 7 0 3 7 0 4 7 3 0 7 4 0 8 1 4 8 1 5 8 4 1 8 5 1 9 2 5 9 2 6 9 5 2 9 6 2

Thank you,

My next question is your + 3 chart for determining proper order and numbers that touch.

Is this the correct chart for +3?

1  8  5  2  9  6  3  0  7  4  1

Is this the correct chart for +7?

1  4  7  0  3  6  9  2  5  8  1

Thank you,
