Pick 1 from column A and 2 from column B or vice versa.  Look for neighbors like 23, 56, etc.  Note that 01 is a neighbor and so is 09. I like picking numbers with neighbors because it reduces the total by 59%, but neighbors hit about 50% of the time.

The number 7 is due.  Here is my history for Florida (not very big!):

85461-32097

64158-32097

45832-60197

84326-01957

32486-01957

86013-95724

01395-67824

39516-78204

16378-29045

63781-29045

83129-04567

29014-38567

14923-85067

92384-50617

84359-20617

Notice that the last time the number 7 was in the last position for 5 times in a row, it hit that draw.  If that happens again, 7 will be in the draw for 4/1.

Although my info for Florida is not as big as some other states I follow, I just noticed that I would probably play 2 numbers from column A and 1 (the 7? !!) from column B.  Here is a chart:

    (0-3) =

    1

    (1-2) =

    1

    (2-1) =

    2

    (3-0) =

    2

    0-3 =

    1-2 =

    5

    2-1 =

    1

    3-0 =

    1

The distribution of 1-2 (1 from A and 2 from B) and 2-1 are normally very close to the same or they are equal.  One of them will get ahead of the other, but then the one that is behind will start hitting and catch up.  Therefore, I would play a 2-1 for this draw in Florida and the "1" would be the number 7.

Florida = 974 ... A1B2 (I was suggesting A2B1 with the B=7), the 7 did come in.  Hope some of you had it anyway!
