Can a non resident of the US buy it?

If so, must one give thier name when it is bought?

Thanking you for any opinions

They won't allow out of State resident to play. You can only play Mega Bucks and Mass Cash. I been playing with them for years, yes you have to give them your name. They send confirmation by Fed Express.  I'm waiting on the Big Lotteries to offer online playing. May be a long time waiting.

      numbersman:

      I wouldn't play Mass 6/42 or 6/49 because both are still ANNUITY-ONLY.

I guess there are no more season tickets for the 6/49 because it will be retired in September. I understand that the 6/42 will be changed later this year.

any word on how they're going to revamp it?

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.
