Key #: 4

Pick 1 from column A and 2 from column B or vice versa.

There is a very strong indication for the number 4 as the Key #.  It is in position 1 which has missed hitting for 13 draws, so that position is due.  Also, there have been no draws with 1 previous digit for 6 draws now.  That is unusual for any state.  Therefore, I would include the 4 in any number I played today!

SC Midday = 049 ... there is the FOUR I was talking about, but the distribution was A3-B0 which was not expected.  That is fairly rare, especially when no double.
