Take one digit from each row to make up your 3-digit number. If you do all of them, you will come up with 64 tickets (4X4X4 = 64). The "modified" rows are modified sequence for this state only and are designed to maximize your chance of a straight.
Tip: Pick a number to use as your Key # and play only tickets that include that number. In the top chart that will give you only 16 tickets to play.
