Lotteries will charge any price for ONE play at a game. Indiana had Max 5, which cost $5 to play. Pensylvania has Match 6 Lotto, which costs $2 per play. DC has Quick Cash, which costs $1, and you get to choose all THREE sets of numbers. Where do you draw the line on ticket prices?
