  take the last drawing...from analyzing the last 180+ drawings I've determined that 62 percent of the next days drawings have atleast one number from the previous day. Now you may have to go to the Ky Lottery website and chart the numbers from the last X days..and figure out the frequency of numbers that come up. Other stats I've researched: (last 183 drawings)
  
  
  
  percentage of all odd numbers: 14
  
  percentage of all even numbers: 10
  
  percentage of all numbers 4 or lower (ex 243): 11
  
  percentage of all numbers 5 or higher (ex 589): 10
  
  percentage of double numbers: 25

  I am going to put up a different idea for this one number deal.
  Keep track and see if you can pick the lowest digit that may be
  drawn on the next play.
  They are your combo groups. the higher the lowest digit the fewer
  numbers needed to play for the next draw.
  pick the 0 as lowest 36 plays
  pick the 3 as lowest 15 plays
  practice on paper first to test your skills.
  Add in some tracking strategy on each number in the combo group and you
  may decide to cut the list a bit on each group.

  for south carolina draws there have been 1178 draws to date of that
  the 0-1-2-3-4 has been drawn 1043 times
  times drawn as lowest digit in the number

  with the reapeat of the 349 combo does not look like we can eliminate current drawn combos very well.
  sounds like a good idea to nail them straight when we pick a combo. Maybe try to nail the exact position on the combo number to cut the amount of play. Either that just combo the suckers and ridem out.

  The 3 combos would have cost $45.00 or $90.00 for all fifteen numbers played combo. Can not miss to often to stay ahead.
