I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

dude.  i'd take $52 grand/year.  that's better than what some people make with a job.

If someone plays a game knowing that there is no cash option (only annuity), and they win, then I don't see the problem.  Maybe I'm missing something.

If you don't like the payment options, well, then play another game.

HOWEVER, I do support the efforts of Cash Only to lobby the lotteries to offer a cash option for all games.  I say to the lotteries, why not?  They pay out the same amount of money either way, so what's the problemo?

What grade did your lottery earn?

Tazewell, located in Southwest Virginia mining country, is very rural.  The money should last her some.

Looks like they've started up a new incarnation of the same game.

Noticed also on the news headlines on their front page that they seem to have a lot of Cash 5 winners that are repeat winners.  (Don't they always seem to claim to use Quick Pick?)

CASHOnly: i do not see how you could pass up 52 grand a year for life. maybe if you think of it as 52 grand cash payments every year for the rest of your life. would that get you to play the game?

CASHOnly:  with annuity, you get several CASH payments.
