Cant wait to see the results---interesting enough, States should ask the players first, not after they start using it

We have RNG's in the states.... ball machines...

Unfortunately PA uses PRNG to pick midday 3 & 4...The drawing's the thing... you don't see the actual draw for the mid-day... you DO see the draw for evening/cash5/match6...

not that it's fool-proof (Heck, remember the '666' scam in PA with the latex paint?), but it at least lends the appearance of integrity...

Playing more than one ticket per game is betting against yourself.

Even if they ask, it's the people stupid enough to get stuck taking a poll in the mall.  As soon as you saw the question  you'd know it was the wrong thing to ask designed to get the "correct" answer.  As for qualifing the pollie, if they went futher than asking, "Have you ever played the lottery?" I'd be surprised.  Since the lottery pretends there is nothing what-so-ever you can do to help yourself, they aren't going to care about people trying to win.

dude.  i've read up on how other states do their drawings with RNGs, and there is at least a 5 minute wait from the cutoff time until the computerized drawing is aired.  it takes approx.  30 seconds to control the drawing.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

Maybe lotteries would draw Pick-3 or -4 every hour.

it would be too hard, even for an RNG, because post-draw tests take at least an hour.

Oregon's pick-4 is drawn four times daily (Sunday too?).
