Does anybody know what will happen if nobody hits the jackpot in the final drawing next month?

The reason for my question is that the annuity-only Mass Millions will be replaced by an all-cash game, Cash Winfall.

Let's say they ROLL DOWN first prize, and there is one ticket with five numbers plus the bonus ball, which normally pays $50,000. Would such a "winner" be forced to receive annuity payments?

I presume that when Mass Megabucks is changed this year, the jackpot would roll as usual.

I'm not sure, I haven't seen anything on the subject from the Mass Lottery.

If you happen to get info about this from them, could you post it here?  Thanks!

i have a feeling that MA might do what MI did when it introduced WinFall.  If nobody wins the final Mass Millions jackpot, then I have a feeling they may make the first few jackpots $2 milion and roll them down if nobody wins it all.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

Remember that you're going from an annuity-only game to an all-cash one.

I also don't know the drawing schedule for Ca$h WinFall (presumably Mon & Thu).

The final jackpot will roll down if no jackpot "winner". I was hoping it would roll into Ca$h WinFall.
