There were 36 PB predictions for 9/18. All but one missed #14 and #27. Only two picked 9 as PB.This looks like numbers from dream land. And one predictor had a recurrent dream of 10 picks. It's time for a reality check, and remind all of what W.C.Fields said: "If at first you don't succeed, try, try and try again. But if you still don't succeed, give it up. Don't make an ass of yourself." You are all posting shots in the dark. Get real.

I posted 10 lines for MegaMillions for 9/17 and was lucky enough to have a 3of5 +0 for a $7 win. I posted the numbers that I actually played for entertainment only with no guarantees and I look at all the other numbers posted on the prediction board or any where else in this forum in the same way. If you are expecting to come here and play someone's predictions and win million$, then you are the one in dream land. Now that you know winning the PowerBall lottery isn't that easy you can wake-up and start picking your own numbers. Good luck to you.

Silly me. I thought the purpose of the PB postings was to suggest winning combina-
tions. I did not realize they are entered as entertainment, so that we all can have
good laugh at the absurdity of the postings.

People who post, enjoy sharing the results of their efforts to win a lottery with other members who are trying to do the same. How you chose to use their posts is your problem, not theirs. You are not the first person to get pissed at not winning . When you buy a lottery ticket, chances are it's not going to win anything.

Bertil,
I basically agree with you on this assessment. In a jackpot game that has grand prize odds of over 120 million to one, even the most analytical approach is a shot in the dark. Sometimes those shots hit though. PowerBall is simply a longshot game. Good luck with your shots.

That's a real bad attittude for a jackpot game. Lots of winner stories are from people who win after playing for 10, 15, 20 years. One win knocks out all losses.
Plus, you're acting like you know what's best for other people. I try not to make that mistake, because I don't pretend that I know better than everyone.

Please list the name of people who won the powerball jackpot after playing the same sydtem for 10, 15 and 20 years. I bet htere is none. Whenever we read about
winners, they have won on quick picks.
