I live on the border of NY and CT which has mega NYC lotto CT lotto and Powerball. could I start a web sit that would allow me to purchase lotto tickets for any of those games and charge a commision of 25 pergame? would people be interested in that? I would send there winning or losing tickets to them back as a receipt.

Would anyone be interested?

It would be more detail than that but that would be the basics

      willl3,

I recommend caution.  With any kind of business that deals with gambling, it is very tricky legal areas to work within.  It is rare that an individual with relatively small financial backing will succeed.  Most people I have seen try this end up going out of business very quickly, and often at a large loss.  Worse, some people have legal action taken against them, because they did not invest large sums of money in hiring lawyers to figure out all the details.
