Ok i just have a quick question,

Is it illegal to go to other states to play their lottery?

One day it might come true.

No, it's not illegal.  There are a ton of news stories posted right here on Lottery Post about residents of one state winning another state's lottery.

whenever i'm in a different state, i'll play.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

Washington made some poor choices - megamillions and a new lotto 6/49 game with very low pots. Oregon has powerball and their megamillions game 6/48 seems to have large pots every year though they have a 9% income tax.

i don't think WA made a bad choice with mega millions, but even though the players wanted a lotto game that was easier to win, changing the lotto back was a bad idea.  they need to either make quinto 7 days a week, or replace it with something else.  they also need a pick 4 game.
