Using 0' s and 1's like the sample below does not give an accurate representation of an odd/even distribution.

When actually calculated against Fantasy 5 (5/39 game), the following actual results are obtained:

COMB'S=amount of combinations

Note the differences in percentages and the balances of odd and even. Since 5/39 has more odd numbers, there a misbalance between odd and even being equal.

Agreed. There will always be an imbalance between odd and even numbers in any game where there are an odd number of choices to be made regardless of the amount of numbers drawn no matter how many numbers are drawn. The same holds true, for instance, in a 6/49 game, albeit with slightly different percentages. And, unless 0 (zero) is used as a starting point, the imbalance will always be favoring the odd numbers. Good start.
