Does anyone a very good method for picking the Root? If anyone does I'm willing to share my information with anyone who does. You can PM , if you don't want to post.

    Carbob,

I don't do roots for a number of reasons, but if you want to you can do it along the same basis that I do with sums.  I use only the ones digit of the sum and this gives me 10 equal groups of numbers.  Root sums do not.

Then I keep track of the "jump" in the sum from the last sum.  So for Florida:

The jumps (or difference between the sums) are from -4 to 5.  Here is my chart for Florida on the counts of the jumps:

    5=

    31

    +4=

    31

    +3=

    27

    +2=

    17

    +1=

    21

    0=

    37

    -1=

    34

    -2=

    24

    -3=

    37

    -4=

    32

    The top 4 jumps are 0, -1, -3, and -4.  The last sum (yesterday) for Florida was 13 (= 3).  Therefore, I would be looking at sums for tonight's draw of 3 + 0 = 3, 3 -1 = 2, 3 - 3 = 0, and 3 - 4 = 9.  With sums there are 22 numbers in each of the 10 sums.

      Florida 10/13 = 265 = 13 = 3 = jump 0.  There was a winner!!
