  Here are "thirteen" numbers to consider in your "wheel".
  
  
  
  Even: 2, 12, 16, 26, 28, 30, 36, 38
  
  Odds: 15, 19, 25, 31, 35
  
  
  
  Games Out from the above selection:
  
  One game: 2, 12, 26
  
  Two games: 16, 30, 38
  
  Three games: 15
  
  Five games: 35
  
  Seven games: 25, 28, 31
  
  Eight games: 19, 36
  
  
  
  However, "Three Odd Balls" have not hit yet since the game started:
  
  5, 17, 29
  
  
  
  If playing a "Multi-Key Number Wheel", you may want to include one of the
  
  "Three Odd balls" that are "out" in each wheel you play.
  
  But not necessarily as a "key" number. That's up to the player.
