(On witnessing 9-11)

"I left a meeting right after they hit the World Trade Center. I went to my apartment, which looks south, and I watched it out my window. I could see the line of fire across the North Tower. I had my binoculars and a video camera - - though I didn`t want to video it. I saw a few people jump. Then I saw the South Tower go. It was so unreal, I had to confirm it by immediately looking at the television screen. CNN was on. That was the only way to make it real. Like my son said, `It was like watching the moon fall.`"

Cute Old Couple ... LoL

This is too funny to be dirty !!

The nice old husband leans over and asks his wife, 'Do you remember the first time we had sex together over sixty years ago? We went behind the village tavern where you leaned against the back fence and I made love to you. '
Yes, she says, 'I remember it well.'
OK,' he says, 'How about taking a stroll around there again and we can do it for old time's sake?' Oh Jim, you old devil, that sounds like a crazy, but good idea!'
A police officer sitting in the next booth heard their conversation and, having a chuckle to himself, he thinks, I've got to see these two old-timers having sex against a fence. I'll just keep an eye on them so there's no trouble. So he follows them.
The elderly couple walks haltingly along, leaning on each other for support aided by walking sticks. Finally, they get to the back of the tavern and make their way to the fence. As she leans against the fence, the old lady lifts her skirt and the man drops his trousers.
Then suddenly, they erupt into the most furious sex that the policeman has ever seen. This goes on for about ten minutes while both are making loud noises and moaning and screaming. Finally, they both collapse, panting on the ground.
The policeman is amazed. He thinks he has learned something about life and old age that he didn't know before.
After about a half an hour of lying on the ground recovering, the old couple struggle to their feet and put their clothes back on. The policeman, is still watching and thinks to himself, this is truly amazing, I've got to ask them what their secret is.
So, as the couple passes, he says to them, 'Excuse me, but that was something else. You must've had a very passionate life together. Is there some sort of special secret to this?'
Still shaking, the old man says, 'Sixty years ago that wasn't an electric fence.'

A Song For My Friend Liz ...

~~~~~~~~~~~~ **************** ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I play this song in remembrance of my dear friend Liz. I had never really listened to Native American music prior to meeting her years ago.....…(I did hear some at a Colorado pow-wow I attended in the 80’s, but that was it). But she absolutely loved this whole cd..&..as a result, so do I). We would go on longggg cruises blasting the music and when the cd was done, we’d start it all over again…We had some great times hanging out, shopping, gambling, cruisin’…She was a grand-hoot…no one like her!! When she passed away a couple years ago it really was quite the blow! Well, her birthday was yesterday & I wanted to let her know I haven’t forgotten about all the great times we had! I miss my friend but I will always remember her w/a smile on my face….just like the one I have on right now! (-: Cheers my friend!
From this CD: Soooo Awesome!!!
Count Lev Nikolayevich Tolstoy, known as Leo Tolstoy, is considered one of the greatest novelists of all time; he wrote 25 books, including War and Peace and Anna Karenina. He was born on his family's estate in Russia. Although he fought in the Crimean War, he became a pacifist and political radical after a severe midlife crisis. His beliefs greatly influenced Mahatma Gandhi, who became a friend. He died in 1910.
