Body has been gaining muscle weight and by the looks of my weight history I was gaining more muscle weight from not being to active for six years. Looks like the past month my fat weight is decreasing. I can feel the muscle tone in my body more than before and I can see my abdomen weight starting on a decline and more muscle tone setting in.
