Walkin chapter four

weight history since start

July 2nd 253 lbs
Aug 2nd 254 lbs
Sept 2nd 257 lbs
Oct 2nd   252 lbs

Still doing walking, weight exercises and exercises not requiring weights.

Body has been gaining muscle weight and by the looks of my weight history I was gaining more muscle weight from not being to active for six years. Looks like the past month my fat weight is decreasing. I can feel the muscle tone in my body more than before and I can see my abdomen weight starting on a decline and more muscle tone setting in. See how the weight loss goes in the coming months.

caloric burn must exceed caloric intake, then you will drop consistently, (not margin of scale measurement errors), I recommend the My Fitness Pal app. to track calories and workouts.
