Affordable care act AKA Obamacare

You watch the people in congress defending the affordable care act state it is the law of the land. Passed by congress and signed by the president. They are missing one very important point.

If it is not in the constitution it is not the law of the land. Laws can be repealed, replaced or ammended by congress. Laws passed by congress have been repealed, replaced or ammended in the past.

Gov't or private health care

What we have with the affordable care act is government run health care of 80% to 90% of the health care system. The government dictates what is to be written for coverage in the insurance policies. The government dictates what doctors and hospitals will be paid under these insurance policies and at what rates. The patient will pay his co-pay amount.

The insurance companies and hospitals merely act as agents for the federal government.

The other 10 to 20% of the population (high income earners & healthy self pay) who choose to be self pay have a choice of their doctor of choice and hospital of choice without regulation.

Gun laws

Some of these laws desired work to a certain point. Like background checks and mental health restrictions on gun ownership.

To fully do gun laws they will need to scour the bowels of America and confiscate each and every gun. Then they will not locate them all from those who decide to hide them.

Guns are to be used for hunting and as a defensive weapon of equal force from whomever decides to take your life.
