foreclosures for profit

I think many of us had this figured out on foreclosures.

This is why banks do not hesitate to foreclose on a mortgage. They would much prefer to foreclose.

This vid puts it in an easy to understand presentation.

Here it is if you have not seen it

How in hell can you keep soc sec going by reducing its income by 240 billion dollars. Still going to have to come up with this loss in soc sec revenue somehow. Seems like soc sec will run out of IOUs the gov't owes it eventualy. Then the gov't will need to borrow to cover soc sec shortfalls.

I have not heard anything about the postal sevice remedy yet.

Was it not said that the super committee would need to find cuts to pay for all this. Taking spending out of one area and directing it elsewhere. Still the same amount of money being put in circulation. All those unemployed collecting unemployment will be screwed if they do not find work and their unemployment runs out.

They have a big ******* mess on their hands in DC.

What did I get out of the speech

Well actually nothing I did not already know as far as his plan. Nothing new that has not already been tried or spoken about by his administration.

It was a political speech.

What he wants is passage of the current plan as the house is not controled by the dems. Now he has the failure of the plan to be shared by the republicans in his campaign speeches. If not passed it will be failure caused by the repubs.

Boxing in republicans for his failures and he does not have much time to do it.

Learned more about computers the last few weeks

My computer experience.

I was running out of free space on my computer. I was compressing files, defragmenting, deleting and removing all programs I could to create space. Ran out of the option to defragment anymore. compressed files saturday and that only left me with 1% of free space left.
So I figured I better learn something quick.Green laugh
I was reading my user manual about a month ago about doing system restore. I did not want to go thru that major process. I was doing some reading about where all those temp files remain on your computer. So I done a search on the net about file removal and came across articles about programs available to remove temp files. So I located a program that would do that. http://www.piriform.com/
So I downloaded that with the assistance of my granddaughter and she taught me the process how to use it. Run that checking off what I wanted it to do on the scan. Ran the scan. That took 10 hrs to complete.  The computer is about 6 years old so there were a lot of temp files. Whew I'll say there was. So from the scan I went to removal. That took 5 hrs to complete.

With all that done I am back up to 16 GB of free space giving me 46% of free space available. Should have  plenty of life left in my computer now. Just maintain periodic temp file removal along with usual defragmenting and disc cleaner compressing.

Just putting my experience in my blog for safe keeping so when I write my life history in a book.Big Grin

Could you be found guilty

Of being in the street engaging in religious activity or political activity. All one has to do is refuse the pamphlet. As a matter of fact I seen a man standing on the sidewalk reading from the bible in a loud enough manner to be heard from more than 5 feet.

How about someone handing out political pamphlets. Congregating and marching in the street to spread their view point.

This man got in court over doing this.

Who is this man? political

You just may get that consumption tax after all. Maybe with no reduction in the federal tax rates. An extra 5% or so tax on your spending habits. Might just see that cap and trade one way or the other too.

Are people prepared?

I remember this episode from many years ago. Always made me think what others would resort to in desperation. It does not need to be a doomsday event for someone to react in this manner.
