Something to consider today. The Upper Tier and Lower Tier number strings were wheeled with (4if5 of 19) and (4if5 of 20) wheels, then reduced to the Target Sum Range Parameter of 68 to 98. This filtering process maintains the Target Sum Range Parameter while reducing the overall amount of tickets to wager.
