Pledge of Allegiance

Some of you may remember Red Skelton, but he passed away before many of you were born. Red Skelton was a good & funny man. He also ended every show by saying, 'GOOD NIGHT AND GOD BLESS.' Listen to the end of this. It is something he said 39 years ago.

Very important that you listen to the very end! Eerie! Take a moment and listen to it (from 1969). How would he have known that this is what is happening?

Death In The Family

Tragically, at app. 2:45 P.M. today, (Friday 02/08/2008), Joy passed away peacefully from incurable lung cancer at the University Medical Center East in Columbus, Ohio. She had been battling this tragic affliction since November, 2007.

She was surrounded by myself and her immediate family through the early morning hours into the afternoon where her courageous battle finally came to a peaceful end.

We ask for your prayers for Joy and the family.

Respectfully,

Howard

Luck, or Skill? Pick 5 Comparison

Let me first off say that due to the problems that Todd has been experiencing with the website, I am unable to post graphics because of the inability to upload anything at this time. I really wished that the two graphs I intended to post could have been made available for viewing.

The comparison between Cal Fantasy 5 and OH Rolling Cash 5 doesn't need to go any further. The computer generated drawings are so controlled that it is impossible to accurately predict any number group outcome.

Looking at the Cal & OH graphs together, it is readily noticable that higher number groupings are totally missing within the California drawings. This outcome is the result of computer manipulation and the total lack of any sort of randomness concerning computer generated drawings.

The work that has been performed here for this evaluation is totally statistical, based on a modified statistical process control which this author is trained for and completely capable of managing.

Sorry that the graphics are not available at this time for your evaluation.

Update Fri 02/01/08

Just trying keep in touch, the last twenty-four hours have been rough.

My wife was discharged from OSU Medical Center East on Wed 01/30/08. Got her home and settled in for the evening. Thur morning at 1:00 A.M. I checked on her and she was having trouble breathing. Got her settled down and rested and returned to bed. Checked on her again at 3:00 A.M. and she was having trouble breathing again and her hands, feet, and legs were swelling badly. Worked with her the remainder of the morning trying to comfort her until the visiting nurse's arrival Thursday morning.

The nurse arrived at 11:00 A.M. Thursday morning and after checking her vitals, decided to call the family physician.

Her heart rate was so high the nurse couldn't get an accurate reading, and her breathing was barely audible.

Our physician called and made arrangements to re-admit her at OSU Medical Center East and to be transported by EMS squad.

When EMS arrived she was placed in the wagon and they made efforts to get a heart rate with no success. Then they tried slowing the heart rate by stopping it twice with no success. Fearing they couldn't get her to Columbus East without losing her, they transported her to Hocking Valley Community Hospital ER where they injected heart monitoring medication, and after a couple of hours got her oxygen level and heart rate back to a near normal level.

After that, EMS returned and transported her to Columbus East. She was admitted at 1:40 A.M. this morning. After connecting up all the oxygen and misc. tubes, we sat in the ER room until 6:20 A.M. when a room on the main floor finally became available.

She was transported to her room and got settled in by 7:30 A.M. and was able to finally fall asleep and rest.

I remained with her until 2:30 P.M. until our daughter could come be with her and returned home arriving at about 4:00 P.M.

This has been our 24, and we're still chuggin along, by golly! Not bad for a couple of 65 & 67 year old's that refuses to give it all up...

Both groups of numbers presented below were filtered to a sum ranging from 97 to 99.

There were two 3 matches, and nine 2 matches in the 26 Lower Tier Number Strings presented below.

Out of the 345 number strings created by the 4if5 of 19 wheel used for the lower tier number group, there were two 4 matches, thirty-one 3 matches, and ninety-eight 2 matches.

Update

Just got home from The James and she has been doing a little better today. They have her on a lot of new medication and she seems to be reacting to it favorably. Hopefully I'll be able to bring her home next week and adjust to something a little closer to normal.

Thanks for your patience and interest, hopefully we can return soon...

Tuesday 01/22/08

My wife & I just spent the entire day at the James Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio. We consulted with a new oncologist concerning my wife's lung cancer and all the related problems she is experiencing.

The new oncologist has a lot of experience and is in touch with many other medical specialists in this field. The basic prognoses is that there is a lung cancer study underway that she may qualify to join.

There are other experimental trials available to try based on our willingness to participate.

She was admitted at The James today, and there will be intensive immediate study to determine which course to follow.

For now, all of my time and attention will be directed in assisting her in her time of need.

Wishing all of you the very best, so long for now...

Luck, or Skill? Pick 5 Ohio Rolling Cash 5

Continuing the trial comparing the difference between RNG and BALL drawn lottery's with identical matrix's. The comparison is based upon California Fantasy 5 and the Ohio Rolling Cash 5.

Note: Adjusted Upper and Lower Tier number strings for (Tuesday 01-22-08).

The way I prefer arriving at a set of numbers to wheel is to track my sum range chart and see where the winning number sums are congregating.

Then, the second part is in deciding which numbers I need for use in the wheel. There are all kinds of tricky formulas around to try, but formulas are always in constant change. How can you successfully manage that constant change?

The way I manage the change is to maintain an accurate up to date statistical flow chart. This chart indicates what numbers are hitting, what their status is at the time of the draw, and where they are located within a structured environment.

Once I created the proper charts, I began seeing that certain groups of numbers behaved in a peculiarly significant pattern. Two groups of numbers were created by dividing the statistical flow chart into an Upper Tier Group, and a Lower Tier Group of numbers.

Many times 4 or 5 numbers would appear in one particular group of numbers, and the very next drawing 4 or 5 numbers would appear in the other/opposite group of numbers. This peculiar pattern has been observed to occur for up to four or five continuous drawings in a row. There is one problem here. At certain times 4 or 5 numbers, (not necessarily the exact same numbers), appear again from within the same group of numbers as the previous drawing.

Now, this observation clicks a switch, doesn't it? If there is a particular pattern that commonly occurs involving a majority of numbers appearing in a certain group of numbers, and the observation has proved to re-occur repeatedly time after time where 4 or 5 numbers is going to re- appear the very next drawing in one group of numbers or the other, what would you do?

Exactly! You would wheel all the numbers from each group and play them, wouldn't you?

But wait, how can all those strings be reduced to an affordable amount for wagering?

Question answered!!! This is what can be done to cover all the numbers from both groups, (Upper Tier, and Lower Tier).

Observe the Average Sum Chart! View where the last two or three total sums appeared at. If there is a Sum Cluster, or a Sum Cluster Alert nearby, these target sum range's may be considered.

Utilize a 4if5 of 19, and a 4if5 of 20 wheel to cover all the numbers, (for a 5 of 39 matrix), and filter the totals from each wheel applying "average sum reductions."

For instance, using a 4if5 of 19 wheel, reduce the total 345 tic's by utilizing Sum Filtering. Reduce the range of 55 to 154 down to, say, 95 to 105. The median range for a 5/39 Lotto is 100. The reduction can be whatever appeals to you. I like viewing the Average Sum Graph and developing a "gut" feeling for what may happen next, for instance, utilizing the sum ranges outlined in the Sum Cluster, or Sum Cluster Alert boxes.

Once this technique is developed, you may be surprised at what is possible. This application can be practiced until a comfort level is achieved and you can become accomplished!

This is the way I do it...
