Definitely a nice round number!  Will it attract more players?

 I discovered how to get into the App Store on my Iphone 8. I then typed in CA lottery check a ticket and was able to check my winning ticket with my cell.    I can take a photo of the ticket and the check a ticket icon is at the bottom of the ticket.

 I can't wait until I use it on my first major jackpot win. I do not need to go to the retail store.

 Presently I have a $4 win waiting to be claimed. The rest are still good for more draws.

I viewed C-SPAN 2. They talked about polls dealing with the homeless, unemployed and drug users.

 There is a lot of agreement among the different political parties. As in most situations in life we need leadership.

 Part of the unemployment problem can be solved by changing how small business licenses are issued. Try starting a florist business in your home. You could be breaking the law if you do not have a license. These are road blocks in the way of employment. 

 Drug use and homelessness go hand in hand. This is about changing the law. One idea or solution is to decriminalize drug use. Treat it as a Civil Offense where treatment is offered. Now we have felons with records trying to get a job and a home.

 I hope that we are looking for the best leaders to help us change this way of life. This is why we have elections. Leadership is required.

Has anyone else noticed the improvement of the Check-A-Ticket machines here in CA. There is a beam of light that focuses on the new computer code stamp. It is faster and makes less errors. 

 This is in addition to the bar code. The previous way of checking your winners. 

 This feature allows players to check their ticket with a cell phone anywhere.

Looking at past Power Ball winners who have lost it all is not encouraging. I may think and believe that I am different but I am like everyone else.

 Those who bought at the bottom are now wealthy.  Of course, nobody knew what the bottom would be but experienced investment counselors may help at that time

 J.D. Rockefeller said to, "Buy when there is blood running in the streets".
