     Hey, fluff here! Okay, for the next week fluff likes 9990,9999,5995 and 5999 for those big ticket players! If one of these comes in, it will mean some extra cash for the holidays! Sometimes, fluff's picks will coincide with a Reputable and Consistent Lottery Forecaster and this makes for a good play. This number this time around is 9990 and should be played for the next week or so! fluff's regular plays include 4567,2280 and 5588 for the weekend for NY and All States, and of course 316,777,116,117,118,345 for sat and sun! Now, sometimes in NY 047 can show sun evening and 00's like 007 for the evening, so keep this in mind. 254 for sun and mon to wed is a good play also. Now, also for tuesday is 111x and this may take a while to show, but keep your eyes on the angles and if you see one or two line up then play them for around tuesday, esp for NY! Angles are always coming out, but there are quite a few there! When 900 came out fluff was looking for 000 and then 019 came out 7 or so plays later. Remember, if a consecutive is in an angle of a number it deserves a play! Playing the other side of a double, for example 007 comes out you would play 707, is a good way to pick up cash and works a lot of the time. Check your angles and if you see two factors or so line up and the number is popping in other states you have a play! Remember, the QUESTION ALWAYS IS DOES IT DESERVE A PLAY? It is all up to you, but as always do not spend a lot. Spending a lot without a balanced system is throwing money away. Or, think of it as paying taxes. Why would you want a $50 a week tax bill? Let that be in your head when you are playing! Also, when the pot gets to 200 million pick out 7 or so numbers and make a balanced wheel of 3 or 7 plays! This kind of pot is worth 2 or three tickets but remember the pot may keep getting bigger and you may have to keep buying tickets to stay in the game and KEEP YOUR NUMBERS IN PLAY! If you are confused about the wheels and stuff, GO BACK TO YOUR FAVORITE SET OF NUMBERS AND PLAY ONE TICKET! REMEMBER, NEVER, EVER ABANDON YOUR FAVORITE NUMBERS! When faced with a bunch of numbers to play and you can't make up your mind, SAY TO YOURSELF WHICH NUMBER WOULD I FEEL THE WORST ABOUT IF IT CAME OUT AND I DID NOT HAVE IT! fluff thinks you know the answer.

     This time of year, keep your LOCAL PANTRY AND GOODWILL STORE IN MIND and also ANIMAL FOUNDATIONS and making contributions of food,blankets or other items needed by your local animal shelter. It is okay to go and look at the cats and dogs and other animals just to look and you can make a donation while you are there! fluff does this in addition to caring for his pets, outdoor animals he cares for, and donations to animal foundations. The COLD WEATHER IS HARD ON ANIMALS SO DO WHAT YOU CAN TO HELP!

Hey, fluff likes 255 and 100 played for about the next week or so for NY pick 3. fluff likes 2280 for sat and sunday, every week Days System, and the best backup is 2880 which hit monday NY! Fluff did mention before he likes 225 to back up FLUFFY9999's Days System Picks of 254 for mon to thurs, and that 225 hit this week. When 226 came out, fluff said play 266 and did not as he never plays 66 numbers. Well that came out 7 days later. SO, PLAYING THE OTHER SIDE OF A DOUBLE, SUCH THAT WHEN 225 COMES OUT PLAY 255, AND WHEN 011 COMES OUT PLAY 100! A  dollar box makes 160 Dollars with this, and 50 combo makes 250 dollars on 50 cents! 1678 was on out longest box play for NY a while back and makes a good play for NY especially in the evening! Some REALLY DEAD COLD NUMBERS FOR NY ARE 1118,286 mid str, 150 midday straight like that! fluff originally said to play 1567 midday ny and 1678 evening, and 1576 came out evening. 9820 was an out longest box play, and told my brother sat was the day, and he did hit it recently on sun for 100 dollars on 50 cents! He captured that out longest box play, and you can too if you have the patience! Playing the other side of the double usually will show in 7 days or so. fluff still recommends FLUFFY9999's Days System plays for the week, available on his december 2016 blog and other blogs, and this is a good way to play if you are burned out and it REMOVES THINKING FROM THE PROCESS WHICH ALWAYS SEEMS TO INTERFERE WITH HITTING NUMBERS! OK, fluff nailed down 850 worth of hits across the midwest and western parts of the US, and not anywhere near my home! fluff nailed down a straight hit in OK with 254 and collected there and also with two box hits with 1230 in other states! fluff hopes you collected on these picks! fluff will keep you updated, and 1924 which fluff put in days ago is looking good for NY! Here in NY it is cold today and will not get above freezing today!      Hey, fluff here! OK, let's talk about placing a bet. Why do you bet on a number? Well, a lot of reasons. We can play on cycle numbers that appear in publications, dream numbers, our own picks from a system like fluffy9999's Days system, a hunch, patterns in numbers and our rules that guide short-term picks, and the list goes on and on with regards to pick 3 and pick 4. Some rules will help us out. Certainly pick 4 exotics are NOT LIKELY to pay out as frequently as say consecutives like 1234,4567, etc. If you have 5 dollars to play fluff would say to pick no-match like 254 and consecutives like 345 and a boxed hit is more likely. If you are a player looking for patterns and you know some stuff about the workings of your state lottery, then maybe you want to go for an exotic if you see something in the pattern. Lottery sharks know this stuff like 8888 possibly coming in in NY pick 4 on fri and put some HEAVY BETS IN PLACE! When this number comes in in NY there will be some big pots collected, like 10k,20k,50k and like that. But you have to be willing to put a lot of bucks in and hope they come back to you.Playing 4k a month with no idea and a low prize ratio and hit ratio is not ideal. Now 555 looks to be the must play for several reasons, and this could be big!
